OMA has designed a new hospitality project in Singapore’s Dempsey Hill. Air CCCC (Circular Cooking and Cooking Club) is the new restaurant by Potato Head’s Ronald Akili, and chefs Matthew Orlando and Will Goldfarb.
OMA worked with them to create a new kind of restaurant focused on reusing food waste. Nothing goes to waste.
Kris Provoost Photography was commissioned by OMA to photograph the new venue.
